Eric is a professional Home Building and Land Developer executive with over 23 years of experience in the Central Florida area. During this time, he managed three of the largest Fortune 500 home building companies as well as a private builder including Lennar/US Home, DR Horton, M/I Homes and currently Maronda Homes. Since entering the home building industry Eric has proudly been part of delivering over 10,000 homes to the residents of Central Florida! He has been involved with the planning and development of some of the most prestigious communities in the area, such as Stoneybrook, Heritage, Traditions, Avalon Park, Narcoossee, Waterford Lakes and many more. In 2019 Eric joined Seminole County Sheriff Foundation and is extremely proud to be involved with this organization which gives back to so many in need.

Chris started his career in occupational health and ground transportation in 1983-1987 by enlisting into the Army as a Petroleum/Transportation Specialist.

In the mid 1990’s Chris was hired by the Michigan Truck Safety Commission as a Safety Training Specialist. While employed there, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) recognized him for implementation of the Driver Performance Measurement Program, which led to the reduced commercial vehicle crashes in the State of Michigan.

Chris is currently the Executive Director of the United Safety Council located in Orlando Florida. Chris is also a board member of the Seminole County Sheriff Foundation and he is actively involved in supporting law enforcement officers and their families.

Today, Chris resides in Orlando Florida with his wife. Combined, Chris and his wife they have seven grown children and five grandchildren.

In December of 2019, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings selected her to serve as his Executive Assistant. She is responsible for performing a variety of complex, diverse and confidential executive support functions in a highly sensitive and demanding environment. She manages and oversees the Mayor’s calendar, organizes and coordinates all speaking engagements, and interacts extensively with community members and elected officials. Nadine is the surviving spouse of Orange County Homicide Detective Michael K. Erickson, who died in the line of duty on March 16, 2011. Detective Erickson served Orange County for almost 21 years. Their two sons, Zachary and Jordan, are both Deputy Sheriffs with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, following their father’s example and proudly serving the citizens of Orange County. Nadine currently serves on the Orange County Sheriff Foundation Board representing survivors of law enforcement.

Bert’s goal in returning home to Central Florida in 2013 was to once again become deeply involved in the local community. In 2016 he was elected to the Boy Scouts of America Central Florida Council Executive Committee and Vice President of the Foundation and Planning Giving.

Bert received an undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 1977. He is married with two sons and a recent grandson.

Eric Wendorf worked his way up in the pool industry and has now built one of the largest privately owned pool building companies in America. A second-generation pool builder, Eric is also the quintessential young entrepreneur. He is always seeking to improve and grow, and has expanded into the concrete business as well. He now manages or co-manages numerous companies that provide employment to support over 500 families in Central Florida. Eric is a licensed contractor. He currently sits on the OPD Foundation and is the recipient of the Dreamers and Doers Award. Eric is also a philanthropist, having contributed to numerous charities including Hero Home and the Team Gina Foundation. Additionally, Eric provides swim lessons to children and has been instrumental in providing instruction opportunities for hundreds of children to learn to swim. He lives in Sanford with his wife Erica and their two young children.

Previously, Dr. Kazmi co-founded CareMed, which grew to over 200 employees and $300 million in revenue before its acquisition by PharMerica in 2017. His emphasis on technology has driven innovations that streamline patient care, promote health equity, and enhance clinical outcomes.

Dr. Kazmi’s philanthropy includes founding COPILOT Cares, a global initiative supporting health and wellness. During his 25 years with Cox Media Group, JC has held various leadership roles including Director of Cox Media Events, Director of Digital for Local Solutions/Orlando, General Sales Manager and Director of Sales.  In his current role, JC is responsible for meeting our financial targets, help to shape our future and, as importantly, create a work culture that is both engaging and inspiring.   Prior to joining Cox Media Group, JC started his career in programming and promotions prior to taking on leadership roles in media.

In his free time, JC is a member of the Florida Association of Broadcasters, a Board member at the Nicholson School of Communication and Media at the University of Central Florida and a member of the NAB's Hispanic Media Coalition. JC also welcomes the opportunity to mentor and has been a mentor for the Professional Sales Program at his alma mater, University of Central Florida, as well as being a mentor in the Future Media Leaders mentorship program.

JC and his wife, Julieann, have two children (Luke and Mia). Luke is a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University where he was the Station Manager of the school’s radio station and Mia is a Nursing student at Florida State University.

Andon received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida in 2000. He began his career as an Estimator with Swell Construction Company., performing takeoffs, negotiating with suppliers, and providing bid proposals for the site development of subdivisions, commercial and retail centers.

In 2003, Andon transitioned to the world of public home building as a Land Development Manager with M/I Homes, covering the Orlando / Central Florida Market. He joined Taylor Morrison Homes as a Land Acquisitions Manager in 2013, sourcing and performing land acquisitions in and around the Orlando market. In 2016, Andon joined Meritage Homes as Director of Land Development, where he managed a team of 6 responsible for  the land entitlement and land development for the Orlando Divisions communities (40+ projects) during his tenure. Andon joined Ashton Woods / Starlight Homes in 2019 as their Vice President of Land, where he re-organized and built the land team and expanded the Division’s footprint by growing the land pipeline to 3,000+ lots. In the summer of 2023, Andon was presented with the opportunity to establish Axis Development Holdings, LLC, and work in partnership with Tom McNamara.

Andon is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, registered in Florida, and is married with five children (4 sons and 1 daughter). He is a member of The Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Orlando Association of Realtors, President of the Lambda Epsilon Charitable Fund in Orlando and member of the Journey Church in Orange City, FL.

He moved to Orlando in 2002 to attend the University of Central Florida. While still a freshman, Eric began creating local businesses and later graduated with degrees in Real Estate with an emphasis on Finance. Eric focused on his real estate brokerage, Voss Realty, and quickly became one of Florida’s youngest real estate brokers. His interest in real estate investing led him to personally buy and sell over 1,000 properties and participate in thousands of transactions over the past 20 years.

In 2007, Eric founded Voss Construction, an interior remodeling and general construction company. During peak years, Voss Construction managed over 100 properties annually and worked closely with his father and brother.  Eric has held professional licenses as a Realtor, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, and Real Estate Instructor.

In 2020, he observed the growing affluence in the Orlando market and identified a gap for a large-scale independent dealership specializing in exotic and high-end luxury vehicles. He aimed to bring the personal touch, honesty, and integrity he cultivated in real estate to the exotic car dealership industry.

Despite his business achievements, Eric prioritizes his family above all. He has had the unique experience of working full-time with his wife, brothers, and father, and a mother who supervises, making the businesses truly a family affair.
